PERFORMANCE TRAMPOLINE
ALWAYS:
- Be accompanied by Employee beyond this point.
- Complete safety training before entering.
- Listen to the instructions of the Court Attendants at all times.
- Wear appropriate footwear at all times (Jump Socks/Tramp Shoes).
- Rotate turns to allow equal opportunity for all able jumpers.
- Keep your pockets empty.
- Pull back long hair into a ponytail, braid, or similar.
- Jump 1 person per trampoline.
- Be extremely careful when jumping off the wall, always following directions from the Court Attendant.
- Jump according to your current skill level.
- Land on your back when dropping in from a Performance Wall.
DO NOT:
- Lay down or rest.
- Exceed the max capacity at any time, one person per trampoline.
- Jump unassisted if you are under 48″.
- Use any foul language or unsportsmanlike conduct.
- Drop off a Performance Wall feet first, head first, or front/belly first.
- Drop off a Performance Wall from a handstand.
- Use the Performance Wall as a spectator spot.
- Attempt anything outside of your current skill level.
- Flip or jump over safety pads (from trampoline to trampoline or trampoline to platform). 39 years old and younger suggested.
- Attempt any obstacle, skill, or activity outside your limitations, abilities, or skill level. Use involves inherent risk. Participate with extreme caution.
- Participate if you have any health limitations, had recent surgeries, are under the influence of drugs or alcohol, or are pregnant.

IMPACT, FLIPPING, CLIMBING, AND OTHER ACTIVITIES CAN RESULT IN SERIOUS OR FATAL HEAD INJURY, PARALYSIS, BONE FRACTURE, AND/OR SERIOUS INJURY.
